HPM’s Ben Henson Promoted to VP of Program Development
We are fortunate to have team members who put boots on the ground and take on the challenge of growing our company’s footprint in previously unfamiliar markets, keeping progress moving forward as we expand across the country. Ben Henson is a veteran of HPM and has been a driving force behind several HPM growth initiatives over the past 16 years with unparalleled leadership and commitment to our teams. Ben has consistently worked to build trust both internally and externally by providing clear communication and keen attention to detail. His dedication to bettering HPM as a whole and driving success for our clients has propelled him to his new position of vice president of program development.
As vice president of program development, Ben will guide program development efforts and serve as a leader for business development and client relationship initiatives. He will also provide executive guidance to our internal teams in launching new program assignments across the HPM footprint. Ben is very attuned to the needs of our clients during every stage of the program assignment lifecycle, especially during the critical early stages when client reassurance is crucial. His impact on HPM’s growth through the years is immeasurable and greatly admired.

In his time at HPM, Ben has worn many hats that have allowed him to offer his multitude of different skillsets to various facets of the business. Ben has traveled North America and around the world during his time at HPM, working with clients including Mercedes, FedEx Express, FedEx Freight, GE, Round Rock ISD, Manor ISD, and the University of Alabama to name a few. He previously served as program executive, providing account management and leadership, and has also served in a regional operations leadership position to oversee account teams across HPM’s Western Region. He played an integral role in heading client relationships at a high level and managing internal risks as our presence in the market grew.
