DESCRIPTION

The new STEM building at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) will provide more than 200,000 square feet of classroom and lab space for classes in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Built in the footprint of the university’s former engineering building, central heating plant and old power plant, the massive project has required extensive site work and will require relocation of all existing utilities to support the new, high-tech facility. HPM will be providing service from preconstruction all the way through project closeout and warranty. With the design phase complete, the project is on track for construction to begin in 2018, with a brand-new facility ready for Ole Miss’s budding scientists and engineers in 2020.
