The Valley Hotel

Located in the heart of Homewood, Alabama, the Valley Hotel is the latest addition to the Curio Collection by Hilton.

Featuring spacious rooms, multiple dining experiences and inspiring public art, the 129-room upscale boutique hotel blends Southern charm and contemporary lifestyle with nods to local history. Guests can enjoy three chef-driven dining venues and over 7,000 square feet of meetings and event space. The property provides guests with easy access to explore the area’s distinct cultural offerings, such as local shops, art galleries and golf courses, as well as the nearby UAB campus and downtown Birmingham’s top attractions.

HPM was hired as a second set of eyes, sharing monthly status updates with the owner throughout the duration of the project. We provided preconstruction services, as well, and assisted in the negotiation of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
