The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston
Billionaire restaurateur and reality TV star Tilman Fertitta is known for serving up incredible things, but when a mixed-use luxury property was on the table, his development company came to HPM for owner’s representation.
The centerpiece of the development will be a 35-story tower with a hotel, residential, office, retail and restaurant space. Adjacent to the tower is a ballroom and conference center and an open plaza with outdoor dining patios and pedestrian areas. In keeping with its name, the Post Oak maintains its existing signature oak trees and brings in more than $1 million in additional full-grown oaks. HPM provides program management and field coordination services to ensure that the tower rises with maximum efficiency, each oak thrives where it’s planted and the project is completed to the owner’s high standards.
