Vince Chapman

In 2015, HPM acquired the nationally recognized audit and contract services firm of industry leader Vince Chapman and hired several of his contract employees. This union offered a comprehensive approach to new and existing clients, serving all aspects of their needs for construction cost auditing and compliance services. As Vice President of Audit & Contract Services, Vince provides 100 construction audits a year for industry leaders such as Google, FedEx, Hewlett Packard, Caesars Entertainment, Sutter Health, Genentech, Southwest Airlines, and NVidia. He provides services to many industries including K-12 education, healthcare, hospitality, sports, airlines, pharmaceuticals, higher education, oil and gas, high-rise residential, and office/retail development.

In the last 30 years, Vince has managed thousands of construction audits from Canada to Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and in virtually every major city in the US. No firm has worked on more projects, in more locations or for more owners than HPM.

Vince received a bachelor’s degree of business administration from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Construction Auditor (CCA).
