- Scheduling Controls: HPM understands that proper scheduling of large construction projects is often a delicate balance, involving many stakeholders and considerations. To ensure timely project completion with as little disruption to surrounding events and groups as possible, the Scheduling Controls team works directly with internal groups and leverages their expertise to proactively identify and mitigate risks to the schedule.
- General Controls: While budgeting and scheduling are major factors in project planning, adept risk management, clear communication and continued transparency throughout the project is equally important to maintain project expectations and provide any necessary updates. These projects take time, and HPM has the tools and team to share helpful reporting, documentation, and status updates throughout the project life cycle.
