Huntsville International Airport

The $24 million terminal modernization project included doubling the airport’s baggage handling area, the addition of new rental car counters and jumbo projection screens, and providing a new space for the Huntsville-Madison County Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Working closely with the Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority monitoring project schedule and costs, HPM analyzed and made recommendations on the validity of change order request. In addition, HPM partnered with the architect to provide quality control through inspections and submitted punch lists documenting deficiencies.
