Dallas Love Field

HPM provided Audit & Contract Services for the $500 million Dallas Love Field Modernization Program and Expansion. The program encompassed near 900,000 square feet of new construction and 255,00 square feet of renovated areas. Key project elements included a new ticketing hall and security checkpoint, a 20-gate concourse, new and expanded concessions space, and a new baggage handling system and baggage claim hall. Enabling projects, including roadway enhancements, fuel system improvements and $70 million of apron pavement work, are also part of the project. The successful completion of the project greatly improved the convenience level of the airport, creating a more efficient flow for passengers that will be enjoyed for decades to come. Our team ensured that the $500 million budgeted for this expansion was properly and fairly spent.
