HPM is committed to creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace, where everyone feels welcome and valued. We believe that our best work is done when we have a wide range of perspectives and experiences at the table, creating a better work environment and a better product for our clients. As a result, HPM has launched a company-wide initiative, Building Women, to help females achieve their career goals and thrive in our organization.
Guided by our Mission Statement, “Engaging the women of HPM through our Core Values,” Building Women is designed to promote leadership and development opportunities for all females within the company. Throughout the year, events focused on professional development, networking, and community service are held across the company’s southeastern hubs, giving members the chance to cultivate relationships with other women in their region. Building Women also hosts remote events for members with geographic separation. Regardless of the location, each meeting weaves in specific components that complement HPM’s Core Values. This creates unity and camaraderie as the women in our company pursue growth and development.
Once a year, all of Building Women convenes at the Building Women Forum to network in person, learn from inspirational speakers, and participate in workshops designed specifically for women at HPM. This is an opportunity for women to not only feel valued but to connect and form meaningful relationships with each other and the advocates of Building Women, the HPM executive leadership team.
Building Women Advocates are committed to supporting the development and advancement of the women of HPM, especially in the male-dominated fields.
