Brooks Ballentine

As Vice President of the East Region, Brooks Ballentine is responsible for the managerial support of account teams delivering projects under the pre-construction and construction services for clients. He is directly responsible for formulating and leading project teams, interacting with clients at an executive level, and managing project details to established financial and business performance goals. He acts as an extension of the owner, looking out for the owner’s interest by overseeing, directing and keeping all entities engaged.

Brooks and his account teams work with clients in a variety of industries including education, recreational and entertainment, industrial, manufacturing, municipal, logistics and distribution, pharmaceutical and aviation. Brooks holds bachelor’s degrees in management and marketing and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
